Objectives
- Recommend an online instructor profile employing EU policy instruments and framework
- Actively engage beneficiaries and stakeholders in the project activities
- Address systematically the instructional design process
- Design and develop OERs focusing on delivering engaging and participatory online learning experiences
- Upskill/reskill Adult education experts in terms of digital technologies and teaching methods
- Transform educators to “design scientists” able to drive their own learning – digital transformation in terms of skills, attitudes and knowledge.
