  • Recommend an online instructor profile employing EU policy instruments and framework
  • Actively engage beneficiaries and stakeholders in the project activities
  • Address systematically the instructional design process
  • Design and develop OERs focusing on delivering engaging and participatory online learning experiences
  • Upskill/reskill Adult education experts in terms of digital technologies and teaching methods
  • Transform educators to “design scientists” able to drive their own learning – digital transformation in terms of skills, attitudes and knowledge.
